Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager
The DEI Senior Manager primary responsibility will be to lead the PDPL program. PDPL is United Way’s inclusive nonprofit board development program focused on preparing leaders at all levels with diverse lived experiences to serve on nonprofit boards. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations and driving the advancement of PDPL and its mission to ensure nonprofit boards reflect the communities they serve.
In addition, this role will manage the organization’s Internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and support the Vice President/Chief People & Equity Officer in implementing workplace culture strategies to foster an inclusive environment for all staff.
