IMPACT Community Action has prioritized the fight against poverty and has worked to address its root causes in Central Ohio for the past 17 years. Each year, we support individuals in our community through a variety of services, including housing stability, utility assistance, emergency rental aid, workforce development training, youth services, and energy efficiency programs.
This year, our theme is "A Place to Call Home"—a vital initiative to ensure that everyone has access to a safe, affordable home they can call their own. This work not only provides stability but also creates opportunities for individuals to thrive. Given the current state of affordable housing in Central Ohio, it is more important than ever for our community to unite around the mission of creating opportunities for all to find a place to call home.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, October 23, 2025, for the Annual Ripple of Hope Awards Celebration at The Boat House, located at 679 W Spring St, Columbus, OH. The afternoon will honor community leaders who are making a tangible difference in the fight against poverty. Proceeds from the event will directly support our ongoing programs.
