Vice President - Real Estate Transactions and Governance

Position Summary: The Vice President, Real Estate Transactions and Governance will oversee the Closing and Real Estate Transactions team, providing strategic guidance related to acquisitions, dispositions, financing structure of transactions, entity governance, management agreements, and corporate risk management.

The Vice President will work closely with the team to support all phases of the real estate lifecycle, from contract execution and due diligence through closing, ownership operations, and disposition. The position ensures compliance, mitigates risk, protects company interests, and supports the achievement of strategic business objectives.
