Designs and conducts research of policy-relevant housing issues for OHFA
Works with the Office of Multifamily Housing on the Qualified Allocation Plan
Works with agency partners on projects
Works with others to prepare & publish research findings (e.g., statistical and narrative reports, policy briefs)

Item Of Note
This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Geography, City and Regional Planning, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related field
2 classes or 6 months' work experience with at least one of the following: Tableau, PowerBI, R, State, SAS, ESRI ArcGIS
2 classes or 6 months' work experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and convey complex information to a wide range of audiences
Strong understanding of the primary subject matter relevant to OHFA’s mission as well as the data resources that contribute to that work
