Housing Division Administrator

The City of Columbus Housing Administrator will oversee a wide range of programs which are focused on the construction and preservation of affordable housing. The position requires a strong knowledge of public and private housing finance mechanisms including tax credits, bonds, loans, incentives and subsidies, strong skills in reviewing financial documents and underwriting, housing policy at the state and federal level, and having an overall understanding of real estate development. Will perform related duties as required.
