Franklin County Economic Development and Planning Department will conduct a public hearing on the Substantial Amendments to the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plans to solicit comments on the draft plans and proposed activities on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, Michael J. Dorrian Building, 1st Floor, 369 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

Substantial Amendments to the
2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 AAPs 

Oral and written comments on the Substantial Amendments will be accepted until September 16, 2026.

Persons and groups desiring to comment on these plans and proposed activities may do so by email at communitydevelopment@franklincountyohio.gov
