Join CSH Ohio and representatives from the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health and Ohio Department of Medicaid to learn about how communities and supportive service agencies are using HUD 811 as part of their housing solutions. The HUD 811 program ensures affordability for low-income residents with disabilities aged 18-62 for qualifying properties funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
This training is designed to help supportive housing programs identify effective move-on options for long-stay and ready-to-graduate PSH residents and expand the referral agent pool to support program fidelity.

Overview of the HUD 811 program
Utilizing the HUD 811 program as part of your Moving On strategy
Becoming a HUD 811 referral agent
