A Building Performance Standard (BPS) is a policy designed to enhance the performance of existing buildings by establishing energy or emissions targets that progress over time. A BPS can help our city achieve multiple goals of the Climate Action Plan while enhancing quality of life and fostering local economic growth. Columbus is looking to adopt a BPS Ordinance in 2026 and is seeking public input. 

Food and drink will be provided. Parking is available for free in the lot at the back of the building.
