Is rent rising in Columbus? Here's where the price of an apartment is increasing and why

In December, rent rose 7.5% annually in neighborhoods with the lowest average rent, including Columbus. By comparison, in middle-income and higher-income neighborhoods, rent rose 4.4% or 3.4% annually, according to the institute.
