Assessment shows net loss of affordable rental housing
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The Ohio Housing Finance Agency says there has been a net loss of affordable rental housing for many Ohioans. The data comes from the 2026 Rental Needs Assessment.
The Executive Director of the Affordable Housing Alliance of Central Ohio, Carlie Boos, noted the need for more affordable housing is clear, especially for low-income individuals.
