Your key to homeownership

Homeport offers 8 hours of HUD Certified home-buyer education to accommodate your schedule. Classes prepare you for home ownership. Topics covered include: Budgeting and Credit, Loan Products, Home Inspection and the Closing Process.

CLASS DATES: This class is held over (3) consecutive Tuesdays from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Series will be held April 2nd, 12th & 16th. Participants must complete the three classes to receive a certificate of completion.

Classes will be held online via Zoom link.

To complete registration ALL participants are REQUIRED to complete an Intake form which can be found at homeportlearning.org. When emailing your intake forms to housingadvisory@homeportohio.org please include your name and class date in subject line.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To receive the link for the virtual class, you must complete the Intake form 2 days prior to class start.
