The Columbus Coalition for the Homeless “Street Card” is designed to provide homeless persons with information on most needed services for which they may be eligible. The Street Card contains a limited listing of services in Franklin County. You can download the Street Card here.
HandsOn Central Ohio provides easy, immediate access to thousands of programs and services available at a range of nonprofit, government, and healthcare organizations across Central Ohio. Certified information and referral specialists, an interactive resource map, a searchable online database, or mobile apps for Android and iOS are available to help find the smartest path to opportunity in Greater Columbus, 24 hours a day. CAP4Kids website provides reliable, up-to-date information about resources in the Columbus area for children and families from a website that is updated daily.
